Hawaii Trip with Michelle's Family

we got back from our hawaii trip. here are some pictures i took

arriving in oahu

first activity we attended was the luau at paradise cove

the next day, we hiked up to diamond head

after the long hike, we rewarded ourselves to some hawaiian shaved ice!

to cool off, we drove to the eastern coast and found this nice secluded beach

afterwards, we went snorkeling at hanauma bay

dinner at sam choy's

afterwards, we hit up the beach side bar at the outrigger surf

the following day, we visited the dole pineapple factory

next, we headed to waimea beach. there is a huge rock with a 30' drop to the ocean

even michelle & charlotte were brave enough to jump off the rock

no trip to hawaii would be complete without a visit to giovanni's shrimp truck!

i fed this cat too many shrimp and he couldn't take it anymore

for our final activity, we visited pearl harbor

Honeymoon in the Bahamas

we got back from our honeymoon in the bahamas. here are some pictures we took.

Photoshoot

we had our photoshoot day a couple weeks ago, and i got a chance to scan several of the proofs. our photographer took us to 3 locations.

we started off at the disney concert hall. for this first venue, we chose business casual outfits.

next, we headed to the ritz carlton in pasadena (where we're getting married) to do our formal shoot.

for the final two shoots, we went to manhattan beach. first, we wore casual outfits and took pictures in town.

then, we changed into beach clothes and went down to the sand.

this was one of the most tiring and uncomfortable days in my life, but i'm happy with the outcome. hope you enjoy the pictures!

Catalina Trip

got back from a weekend in catalina. straight to the pix!

this was the view from our boat as we arrived at avalon harbor

there are some nice homes on this island. might be a great place to retire to

we rented a golf cart and drove around the island

we passed by the stables where you can go horseback riding. maybe on a future trip...

we took a pic in front of this nice house before the owner chased us away!
